A brand built to be recognised before it is read. We set the identity, the system it runs on, and the site it lives in, then proved the whole thing on our own work before it went anywhere near a customer. Naming, voice, the visual language and the rules that hold it together, plus the build that puts all of it in front of people.

Lumos2026

Out-of-home media, planned by audience rather than by site. Every screen starts from who a place actually reaches, an index score against a chosen segment and baseline, and only then asks which billboards, shelters and trains are worth booking. We designed the planning surface: the asset map, the measurement dashboard, the indexing controls, the scheduler and the reporting table.

Prism2026

The system a service firm runs on, from the first prospect call to the final invoice. We drew the mark on its own construction and the icon set as the same problem rather than two, one had to survive six metres wide on a billboard, the other eleven pixels wide in a toolbar, and neither could be a reduction of the other.

Money moves, made legible. A product for people who have been told their whole lives that finance is not for them, so the tone had to do as much work as the interface, and the mascot had to carry it without ever becoming the joke.
